This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Arrowhead Lake Community Association and Arrowhead Sewer Company collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (members, guests and others) on the payment transaction website, The website was created, separate from our main website,, to add the convenience of online payment services. This privacy policy applies to the website and services offered by Arrowhead Lake Community Association.

We may collect personal identification information from members and guests in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when members or guests visit our website, register on the website, make property owner assessment payments, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the website. Members or guests may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number and car information. Payment method information, such as credit card information and/or checking account information is only requested on a secure webpage provided by Members and guests may, however, visit our websites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from members and guests only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Members and guests can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website related activities.

Note regarding collecting information on children through our website

We are aware of the importance of securing information obtained about children from their parents. Online procedures provided through the website, are fashioned after our manual in-person procedures. Therefore, for processing reasons, information collected on hard copy and online forms remain the same and reflect each other. Currently, we ask for the first and last name of all people 7 years and older in order to calculate fees specific to the online form. The fees mentioned in the previous sentence, directly pertain to amenity wristbands, which allow access into our amenities. Article V (five) Section D, of our Rules and Regulations states:
If the guest/visitors wish to utilize the amenities during their stay, current year membership identification must be worn. If additional amenity identifications are necessary, they can be purchased for a nominal cost (per fee schedule) by the Property Owner at the Member Services Office. Guests ages six (6) or younger are not required to have amenity identification. Issuance of this form of identification is contingent upon verification of the property owner's right to receive amenity privileges.
We request that children do not provide personally identifiable information through the website.
